Fleming Family Beef comes from a small farm near Columbus, Indiana. Husband and wife team Dan and Lynne Fleming (that’s us) are the second generation to farm the land that Dan was born on. Once the site of the first general store in the county, our 33 acres along the Driftwood River are home for our herd of Charolais, several barn cats, a horse, and a loyal dog. We’ve raised three good men and a lot of happy cattle during our 41-year marriage. We use sustainable, humane practices because we have gratitude for them and the land. Dan follows traditional farming methods updated with the modern expertise he gained with his agricultural science degree. We believe that you’ll find our beef to be especially delicious because it is gently raised without antibiotics on non-GMO corn and local grains in the outdoors. All of our Charolais beef is dry-aged to bring out the best flavor. We invite you taste the flavor of the farm.
