Because we’re grateful for our cattle and the land we raise them on, we’re dedicated to raising them to natural perfection - the way they deserve. Combining his father’s and grandfather’s traditional methods with his Purdue University education in Animal Science, Dan has spent over 40 years honing his methods.
We raise all our cattle on our own 33-acre farm. We feed them a special diet of locally sourced corn and grains on a 500-day finishing schedule for perfect marbling and flavor. We want to raise the best cattle nature can provide, so we don’t use any hormones or antibiotics.
